This anatomical illustration highlights the Facial Artery Musculo-Mucosal, or FAMM, flap procedure conducted by Dr. Leila Mady and Dr. Shaun Desai. A series of sketches were created for presentation format, as well as in a mock journal layout. The final rendered illustration was created for print.

Clear, simple storytelling was prioritized for the illustrations, as it was significant to convey the procedure to both a lay audience as well as to surgeons.
