Animatic video

The 3D animation begins with writing a script. The script is then matched up to a series of storyboards, which tell the story. These storyboards were compiled into an animatic, which included a rough voiceover of the script to nail down the timing. These initial stages provide a core foundation to build out the animation scene by scene.

Final pass

Once the models are created and sculpted in Cinema 4D, the animation is rigged. The final animation pass contains the final materials, assets, lighting, and camera movements. The animation is then brought into Aftereffects, where final adjustments and flourishes are added.
